Terms of Service

Agreement

By accessing or using Ninelytics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Licence to use the service

Ninelytics is proprietary software offered as a hosted service. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for as long as your subscription is current. The software itself is not licensed to you: you may not copy, decompile, resell or redistribute it.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the activity of anyone you invite to your team. You must have the right to collect analytics on the sites you add.

Plans and billing

Every plan starts with a 7-day trial and no card. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Limits are metered per calendar month for events and AI messages, and counted as they stand for websites and team members.

When a plan's limits are exceeded, or when the trial ends, collection continues for a 7-day grace period before it stops. Your dashboard stays readable during that time. Data belonging to an inactive account is retained for 90 days and then deleted.

Your data

The analytics we collect on your behalf are yours. We do not sell them, do not share them between customers, and do not use them to build a profile of anyone across sites. You can export them at any time, and deleting a website deletes the data belonging to it.

Google integrations

Connecting a Google account is optional. If you connect one, you authorise Ninelytics to read your Google Analytics and Search Console data, and to submit URLs from your own sites to the Google Indexing API, solely to provide the features described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect at any time from Integrations, which revokes the authorisation with Google.

Your use of Google's services remains governed by Google's own terms. We are not responsible for changes Google makes to its APIs, quotas or availability.

Disclaimer

Ninelytics is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of analytics data, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Ninelytics or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the software.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
